Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require an additional 2-3 business days for personalization.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-customized items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Custom products (personalized water bottles, custom keychains) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The fastest way to start a return is our self-service return form — just look up your order. You can also email us at support@xinfinitytennis.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
